At present we have 14 members of staff consisting of two deputy managers, two senior care workers , one cook and 9  care providers, two of whom also perform cooking duties.

As of the 1st of September 2015 our staff hold  the following qualifications

The Registered Manager is also a RGN

One of the Proprietors is a Medical Microbiologist

We give all our staff the statutory training in Manual Handling,First Aid, Health and Safety,Cross Infection,, along with many other topics e.g Dementia, Food Hygiene, Abuse Awareness,Mental Capacity, Deprivation of Liberty,Ethinicty and Diversity.

We also encourage our staff to attend various day and afternoon courses outside of the home.
