We are a small, 15 bedded, family run home and have registration from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for old age, frail, mental disorder past or present including dementia illness e.g Alzheimer's.

In 2018 we had a comprehensive inspection by the CQC and achieved a 'Requires Improvement'; rating

St Leonard's was originally two semi detached houses built in a quiet avenue around 1930. In 1986 it was converted into a rest home and in 1993 a four bedroomed annexe was added. The home has thirteen bedrooms,11 single and two double bedrooms, on two floors. Of the 11 single bedrooms, four are en suite, and the rest are very near toilet facilities. We have one large lounge, a sun room-which we use as our quiet room and a small dining room. We have a hoist assisted main bath room and two other bathrooms on the first floor. Outside the home we have two main patio areas with raised flower beds along with a green house and shed.
